Yetter Coleman is pleased to announce that Grant Martinez has joined the firm as its newest associate. Grant’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and appeals.
Grant most recently practiced with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York, and was a law clerk for the Honorable Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to practicing law, he was a consultant with a Big Three global business management consulting firm.
Grant is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he was a Comments Editor of the Yale Law Journal, a Coker Fellow, the President of the Yale Law & Business Society, and the Alumni Chair of the Yale Latino Law Students Association. He also received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and B.A. in History from Stanford University, graduating with distinction.
Yetter Coleman focuses exclusively on high-stakes business and technology litigation for plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of matters, with particular focus on contract and business torts, appellate, intellectual property, and antitrust and securities litigation for clients involved in the energy, technology, and financial services industries.
