Roberta Schwartz, Executive Vice President of Houston Methodist Hospital, was the firm’s featured speaker at its October 13 Women’s Leadership Forum, an event hosted annually by the firm’s women attorneys for local professionals involved in law and business.
From humble beginnings as a candy striper in a community hospital, Ms. Schwartz is now responsible for overseeing the business operations of Houston Methodist’s 1000+ bed hospital in Houston and surrounding areas. Through her leadership, the hospital is consistently recognized for excellence as one of the nation’s top hospitals by U.S. News and World Report.
Ms. Schwartz spoke to Forum guests about her experience rising into a leadership role at Houston Methodist, as well as providing thoughtful and inspiring insights on how women can achieve leadership roles while balancing other responsibilities.
Now in its 13th year, the Forum features guest speakers whose professional journeys offer an interesting and inspirational example of accomplishment.
