Yetter Coleman is pleased to welcome Andrew Ingram, who joins the firm as an appellate associate after most recently serving as a Scholar in Residence with South Texas College of Law.
Andrew’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law where he graduated as Grand Chancellor and served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review. As the top-performing student in Contracts, Federal Courts, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence, Andrew was awarded the Dean’s Achievement Award. While in law school, he jointly earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from The University of Texas.
Andrew completed clerkships with the Hon. Michael Massengale in the Texas Court of Appeals for the First District and the Hon. Gregg Costa in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. An accomplished scholar before entering private practice, he was an assistant professor at the University of Alabama and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
“We are very pleased to welcome Andrew to our team,” says Connie Pfeiffer, the firm’s appellate practice leader. “He is an excellent addition to our roster of high-caliber young legal talent and his clerkship experience and demonstrated academic excellence are a wonderful complement to the appellate expertise we provide to our clients.”
