Partner Natalie Alfaro Gonzales joined intellectual property lawyers from around the U.S. on Nov. 7 to discuss issues affecting the practice area at the 62nd Annual Conference On Intellectual Property Law, from The Institute for Law and Technology.
Gonzales was a panelist at the Women in IP Breakfast, a frank discussion about balancing the demands of work, personal lives and family obligations. Titled “The Juggle Is Real: Perspectives on How to Keep Most of the Balls in the Air While Staying Sane Most of the Time,” the session covered wellness, mental health and best practices for navigating a high-pressure profession. Co-panelists included Evelyn Chen of Ericsson Inc. and Christa Brown-Sanford of Baker Botts.
The event was held in Plano, Texas.
