Yetter Coleman LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Mollie Bracewell and Justin Rowinsky to partner, effective Jan 1. Both are talented trial lawyers and dedicated advocates for their clients, who have demonstrated strong leadership and a steadfast commitment to the firm’s success.

Bracewell focuses on complex litigation and white-collar criminal matters. Before joining Yetter Coleman, she was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, where she led numerous trials and handled a range of criminal cases. Prior to public service, she had two federal clerkships and worked in private practice in New York. At Yetter Coleman, she has been an invaluable team member on significant matters for clients across various industries. She is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School.

Rowinsky represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He joined Yetter Coleman after a federal clerkship and private practice in Washington, D.C., and has demonstrated outstanding legal skills and client service across a range of matters. He is recognized for commercial litigation by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. He serves on the advisory board of the Institute for Energy Law and was selected for its sixth leadership class. He is an honors graduate of Georgetown Law Center.

In addition to representing clients, both new partners have devoted their time and skills to crucial pro bono work. Rowinsky represents several pro bono clients, and Bracewell contributes through the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Program.
With this elevation, Yetter Coleman will have 20 partners among its trial and appellate litigators.
