ALM and The National Law Journal have named Yetter Coleman a finalist for the 2018 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards, which recognize exemplary successes and cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs by top firms across the U.S. during the past 18-months, as well as a track record of success over a 5-year period.
ALM’s editors and reporters reviewed nearly 300 submissions across 23 practice categories to select the list of finalists.
Yetter Coleman is short-listed in the civil rights category, based on its recent trial and appellate successes involving a $107 million California federal court unanimous jury trial win on behalf of a family-owned mining business and its decade-plus fight on behalf 12,000 children in Texas foster care.
“We are very proud to be recognized for our successes on behalf of our clients,” said Paul Yetter, partner, adding, “The issues in both cases are important, particularly in our ongoing work fighting on behalf of vulnerable foster children in Texas, making the work we do in court particularly meaningful.”
The 2018 Elite Trial Lawyers winners will be announced in October at ALM’s Elite Trial Lawyers event in Las Vegas. The full list of finalists can be viewed here.
