The American Lawyer announced that Yetter Coleman is a finalist for its 2019 National Specialty/Boutique Litigation Firm of the Year Award, made in recognition of firms the publication’s editors have identified as “at the core of industry-changing matters, leading the charge on their clients’ most important cases and operating at a level that sets them apart from their peers. They show prowess now and demonstrate a staying power that will keep clients coming back.”
Yetter Coleman was selected based on a number of important and high-profile trial and appellate victories including the $107 million California federal court unanimous jury trial win on behalf of a family-owned mining business, reversal of a $17.5 million tort judgment on behalf of IBM, and winning a take-nothing defense judgment on behalf of Apache Corporation in a $3 billion lease and payment dispute.
