Yetter Coleman has bolstered its energy litigation practice with the addition of respected trial lawyer Justin Tschoepe, who joins the firm as a partner.
Tschoepe’s practice focuses on oil & gas and energy-related disputes. He began his career with Norton Rose Fulbright as part of its oil and gas litigation team. Most recently, he was a partner with McKool Smith in Houston.
“Justin is a highly regarded energy litigator whose deep experience representing upstream and midstream companies is a perfect complement to our practice. There are tremendous synergies between his clients and ours and the types of complex disputes we are handling. Justin is part of the next generation of standout Texas energy litigators,” says Tim McConn, a member of the firm’s Management Committee who also represents oil and gas companies around the country.
Tschoepe, who is recognized in commercial litigation and energy by Best Lawyers in America and Texas Super Lawyers, says, “As a trial lawyer, I am thrilled to join Yetter Coleman, one of the nation’s most respected and fast-rising litigation boutiques. It is loaded with a strong bench of trial and appellate talent and has a deserved reputation for exceptional advocacy inside and outside of the courtroom on behalf of an impressive roster of clients, including in the energy space.”
