Alexander R. Ades

Alex’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and includes experience representing clients in a variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and energy.  He has represented clients in mass tort insurance coverage litigation, securities class actions, reinsurance arbitrations, and disputes involving allegations of fraud and breach of contract.

Alex received his J.D. from New York University School of Law where he served as Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review. Alex was a judicial extern for Judge Dennis Jacobs, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, and a judicial intern for Judge Marcy S. Friedman of the New York County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex practiced with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.
