Daniel N. Nightingale is a skilled appellate and commercial litigator who represents clients in high-stakes disputes. He has briefed and argued cases in courts nationwide, including the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal circuit courts, and state appellate courts.

His practice focuses on navigating challenging cases on appeal and through major motions practice. Daniel’s strategic approach has been recognized in significant appellate decisions, including a 2022 Supreme Court concurrence quoting one of his amicus briefs.

In addition to his appellate work, Daniel supports trial teams with high-level strategy, pre- and post-trial briefing, and complex legal analysis. He has delivered opening statements, examined witnesses, and argued critical motions at trial.

Daniel joins Yetter Coleman from a well-respected trial boutique in Denver, Colorado. He served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Allison Eid of the Supreme Court of Colorado and The Honorable Joseph Bianco of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
